Located in a buzzing area, this hotel has accommodating service staff. They even provide guests with directions and arrange autos for outdoor travel. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast, although you may have to order dinner from outside during your stay. the valet is very helpful in providing guests with the best experience.

Comfortable building with a clean room. It takes about 27 minutes to drive to the airport from here. Also, it's situated in a convenient location in the heart of Jackson. 🏨

Location was convenient as it was close to major attractions and easily accessible by car. The staff members were friendly and helpful with directions and arranging transportation. The AC worked well and WiFi was decent.
The hotel fell short in many areas. The breakfast provided was not up to par and was served in dirty dishes. The room was not cleaned properly, with dirty glasses left in the room and used towels left in the bathroom. The bedding was worn and torn, and the blankets were smelly. The staff was disorganized and uncoordinated and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Additionally, the lack of safety made it uncomfortable to stay, with loud music playing late into the night and suspicious activities happening around the hotel. not a pleasant experience.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Arjun Bhaiya, the valet, was exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information and arranging transportation. The service staff was accommodating and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We felt safe and taken care of during our stay.
